- Prepared cashew cheese
- 14 oz. spinach, frozen or fresh
- 1 can (14oz.) artichoke hearts in brine, drained and finely chopped
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit
- Dice the artichoke hearts
- Wash and chop the spinach leaves
- Combine in a food processor with the cashew cheese
- In a medium baking dish, add the mixture
- Cover
- Bake 10 minutes
- Uncover
- Bake 10 minutes
- Continue adding time as needed
- Reheat at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes
- Store for up to 4 days in a refrigerated, covered container
